Isn\’t this a perfect justification of the need for a federal charter? This guy can\’t even keep the finances straight in his own dept but he treasurer of the NAIC. At least if we go federal, there will be only be one messed up bureacracy to deal with instead of 51.

Mr. Serna has earned everyones respect over the life long term of his representing of so many citizens of the great state of New Mexico. Truth be told, Serna founded Con Alma to protect the poor and less fortunate and fundraising for such a noble cause should not be critized. Mr. Serna, No One Is Perfect and your 25 plus years as a civil servant should say something about your character.

Good Luck and i hope you are put back to work very soon.

Serna did a great job raising funds for the less fortunate individuals of New Mexico. Why is it o.k. to raise funds for PETA (dogs and cats) but not human beings that have no insurance coverage. Serna, should not have been told to quit either job but praised for what he did for both.

Lot,s of prayers go out for Eric and his family and hope he is back at the insurance helm very soon.

    Poor and neglected in NM
