This is like picking fly shit out of pepper. A one year difference in the guy’s age is irrelevant. Our stupid, out of touch, and dumb legal system needs to stop making excuses for the acts of individuals and try to blame in on somebody else. This guy could just as easily have been 45 years old and used the ammo to kill somebody. The shooter is the only one responsible for the killing. The real stupidy I find in the lawsuit is at 18 you can legally purchase ammunition for a long gun all he would have to said is it is for a marlin camp rifle 45 for example and purchased it I really like jesters comment so much the truth to top it all off he was 20 years old we send people to war to defend this nation and trust them to make smart decisons with weapons 2 years younger than him I am really glad wal mart won this case it is the person commiting the crime we need to punish not the manufacture or retailer
