this is a total scam to get money. I got a ticket and the judge didn’t care what I had to say just listen to and said ” what you had to say didn’t move me. I didn’t think I had to give him a thrill up his leg. He told me since I was the owner of the car I get the ticket. I explained it was a rental care and the lawyer for the judge stated the rental company had a clause that the had no liability and I was the responsible party. I argued that if the speedometer is off how can I be responsibility for a car I don’t own. He said he didn’t care about that. There was an officer there that is supposed to be the officer in charge but no police officer is certified to say weather the system is in working order or not. when I asked the officer if he had anything to do with the camera radio system he said no. His only job is to make sure the photo matches the car with the license tag. So all in all you don’t even have the right to face your accusers. There are NONE. We have totally lost our constitutional rights in this country
