“It’s sad that it appears sometimes we’re having to root for one of the bad guys fighting another bad guy….Neither one of these opponents deserve a fan club…ordinary people are the one’s usually suffering when titan’s clash.”
…that Mississippi has an elected Commissioner of Insurance, Mike Chaney. Mr. Chaney has not been involved in settling Katrina claims after being seriously injured in a media accident. It seems he was inadvertently standing between AG Jim Hood and a press microphone. He should have been more careful.
wonder whom is clashing w/whom and how is it amongst all this that the person whom is needed for the deposition is leaving the country. UH OH! is something awry? is scruggs at it again? did hood really find other information that is valid to set allegations against state farm? the plot ever thickens so much — or will someone find some new concrete shoes and be missing w/o a trace? afterall, how much $$$ will be given out?
We all know who profits by this type of litigation and it isn’t the company nor the defendant. Their lawyers just keep feeding the flames and billing the client. In the end, it will undoubtedly be a case that should have been settled . Even if the defendants are found guilty, only the lawyers will profit. On both sides of the courtroom.

while State Farm may only be accused of dishonesty, it is almost a slam dunk that Scruggs (and Hood) are bottom feeders of the worst sort.
Didn’t finish the article, but if he’s taking the Fifth, he is SHOUTING about self incrimination!
