Does anyone know if there are any programs/grants, to assist individual homeowners in the state of Texas get help with some of the cost of building an above ground shelter (safe room). After going thru hurricane \”Rita\” and an ever increasing amount of tornadoes here in south east Texas has alot of us \”folks\” shell shocked.
