Talk about prostitution of justice. The only one at fault here was the driver. You can’t delegate individual responsibility to an un-trained bartender. The only reason this happened is because the bar had a commercial liability policy. The driver probably had minimum liability limits. So why do the parents deserve $10,000,000 in TAX FREE MONEY? The decedant wasn’t married, had no dependants, didn’t support her parents, and was in the parking area of a strip club at 2:30am. The award is outrageous and will hopefully be appealed. And by the way, how compromised was the decedant that she didn’t see or hear a monster truck?
