My question is (are u ready, folks?) what was the basis for the 2005 search of Wooten’s home? If it was connected to his being fired (and reversed) in Nov 2005, what was the reason for the firing in the first place?

Wonder what the basis is for his appeal.

Tell me they don’t look after their own. Even though he was absolutely guilty of insurance fraud, he only got a $1,000 find and a one-year suspended sentence. Come on folks – sure sounds like a bit of favoritism going on there.

No matter what else he was, the fact remains that he is a criminal and should be punished just as severly as any other person guity of insurance fraud.
