There should be a statute preventing people from filing suit because of their own stupidity or carelessness. Judges need to find the balls to toss frivolous suits out.
It’s about time these limits were put in place. Everytime a new law is concocted it is just another reason for lawyers to find new ways to sue. It’s bad enough that your country is on the verge of collapse for huge debt problems, you don’t need greed and lawsuits to complete the final collapse. My heart goes out to the vast majority of citizens that are going to be hit by this fiasco.
