Please note that Royal Indemnity and other insurers issued policies to Larry Silverstein. They did not take out an insurance with Mr Silverstein. Perhaps a minor point but, one would expect the Insurance Journal to understand that there\’s a fundamental difference.
Glad to hear the news, So long Royal! I used to do a lot of claims work for this company but @ 10 years ago their philosophy changed and they stiffed me on my bills to the point I quit working for them. They treated me and many other small firms the same way.
