The only counter arguement to this is why the heck is this not already being done for drunk drivers? How many more times do we need to hear about the 8th time repeat DUI who finely gets hauled off the road and incarcerated (unfortunatly, usually due to a horrific accident)? I heard that Colorado is rolling out a new ad campaign “Drive high – get a DUI”.
