i am wondering what is this country up to? do we not pay our sheriffs and firefighters enough? or are they just spending more than they make? now, will the firefighter, if found guilty, be allowed to be home for 6 months while his wife goes to jail for 6 months or more?
if it’s not the judges and lawyers, not its the sheriff and the firefighter — and what this bad – it only takes 1 give them a bad rep! a BAD REP! i know most firefighters are honest and they truthfully care about the community in which they serve. but being fraudelent and probably having fought some of these kind of fires, you have to be nuts!
here’s my problem – we have congress whom think that it’s nuts that baseball has been using steriods and thinking that is a national issue/crisis, when in reality – it’s major league’s baseball issue.
1) it was not against the law in getting steroids and what about the folks that get steroids for the help in recovery from pain, surgery and other procedures. we know that from past experiences that continued use of steriods is bad.
2) so the question remains: will he do time? or get to lay back at home?
They should both get jail time. Where do these pieces of human garbage get off thinking they can torch a building to get money? I agree with the Wudchuk, this country has some major issues that are going un-addressed. Jail time should be doubled for anyone in a position of trust (police, fire, politics) when they flip the bird to the system that accepted a paycheck from
These two have only been charged, neither one has been convicted. We should all allow the court system to do it’s job before anyone who really doesn’t know about the case or it’s details passes sentence.
The car did not burn, the insurance claim was never filed. My son was at work when it happened. As far as false report, he did not know it was false when he talked to the deputy. I personally have been harassed by numerous false reports by certain people in the insurance business & yet absolutely nothing has been done to these people and they and their politician friends have cost the taxpayers of Shawnee county thousands of dollars just to harass me.
