    Who hired the guy? The school district was served with a non monitary injunction to not do it anymore (hopefully they won’t). Wouldn’t he get a percentatge of the judgement? I don’t see any $$ changing hands here. So let the people who hired him pay the bill.

    The taxpayers get to pay for it, of course. I guess that’s why this lawyer can charge any exhorbitant amount for a slam-dunk case. I can’t help but wonder how this lawyer came up with such a high charge for so little.
