Responsible people should be disgusted by this news. Somewhere out there a court and a judge has allowed this loose cannon to continue to drive. There is no excuse for 7 DUI’s. Because of the apathy of the legal system an innocent father is dead and his daughter badly injured. After 2 DUI’s the driver’s vehicle should be impounded regardless of who owns it. That’ll get some attention of the drunks. The estate should sue the government/courts for their negligence and gross indifference for public safety by allowing this idiot to continue driving.
Fran, you are correct. However, as hard as the law enforcement sector tries, there are some of these guys who drive without a license, insurance or regard for others. After they do their jail time and rehab and are out on the street, they continue to do as they please.

A guy named “Lawless” with a proven track record of DUI’s. Too bad it wasn’t a solo accident. This is as bad as the previous ID theft article.
