Isn’t it possible that since laws are relaxing that more accurate data is being collected which is now showing how many people actually have been using marijuana all along instead of legalization is allowing for more use?
In some states numbers of people who use marijuana may have gone down because partakers have moved to states where it is legal.
If I was using it I would certainly consider moving to a state where it is legal.
