Suspect Offered Plea Deal in Colorado Museum Fire

A man accused of setting fire to a historic museum in Frisco, Colorado, has been offered a plea deal that would require him to pay for the damage.

Tony Bana appeared in court Monday on charges of theft, burglary and arson after the museum was damaged by a fire on June 19.

According to the Summit Daily, Bana could be forced to pay $76,000 for property damage.
