Following in the footsteps of Facebook and Wal-Mart, Ohio-based Nationwide announced it will raise its minimum pay rate to $15 per hour over the next nine months. This change impacts approximately 900 current associates across 25 locations for jobs in call centers, field and staff office positions.
Half of all jobs at Nationwide are filled from within, and with low turnover rates Nationwide is a destination employer where many of its associates have built long-lasting careers.
