Response Team 1 and Venturi Restoration Complete Brand Consolidation

Schaumburg, IL July 13, 2020 – Response Team 1, an award winning property damage emergency response and restoration provider, announced today that it is consolidating its active brand names into a single brand – Venturi Restoration. With this step, all current Response Team 1 locations will be identified with the Venturi Restoration brand name and logo. The company also launched a new Venturi Restoration website with this change.

The company acquired 18 separate brand names over the prior decade, but only the “Response Team 1” and “Venturi Restoration” brands remained in use over the prior 5-year period. Response Team 1 has focused primarily on the residential restoration market, while Venturi Restoration concentrated mostly on the commercial and multifamily markets. Venturi Restoration has been a continuous presence in the commercial and multifamily restoration markets for nearly a quarter century, and the company will leverage the relative strength of the brand in these segments.

We also believe it is the right time for us to make this change so that the transition is complete in advance of planned investments focused on our commercial and multifamily segment growth.”

In order to aid the transition, the company updated its Venturi Restoration logo with elements that closely resemble the Response Team 1 logo. In addition, Venturi Restoration will be identified in print and online as “A Response Team 1 Company” for the next several months.
