Glendale, CA, 10/12/11 – Regan James has joined The Insco Dico Group as Vice President, Specialty Underwriting. He will establish a new underwriting unit which will apply tools such as collateral and funds control to support the needs of construction surety clients throughout the country.
Mr. James has over 25 years of successful underwriting and surety management experience. He has held key underwriting positions with Amwest, HCC Surety, and Capstone Surety. Mr. James is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Alberta, Canada law school.
