Since 2005, Ganis Consulting has been helping agencies from across the country streamline operations and understand the complex acquisition process. The process of becoming part of Astonish Results started with an industry association sponsored speech about agency culture change by Astonish CEO Adam DeGraide and President Tim Sawyer. The words resonated with founder Stuart Ganis who immediately understood the value of Astonish Results’ message.

While the Ganis Consulting brand will eventually be phased out and incorporated into Astonish, the three-person team of Stuart Ganis, Mary Ganis and Jerry Pickett will continue serving existing clients indefinitely, while maintaining membership in the Alliance of Insurance Agents and Brokers (AIAB) and select California trade organizations.
