Do Not Call Data Book 2018

Overview

The Do Not Call Data Book 2018 is produced by the Federal Trade Commission, illustrating the abuse of the call list by robocallers and live callers alike.

The report provides a break down of the types of callers, (robo vs. live), most common abuse (debt reduction, medical, imposters, timeshares etc.) and segmented by state.

The FTC encourages everyone to file complaints when receiving calls.  Many of us just block the caller ID, which doesn’t assist in the fight against abuse or accurate tracking by the FTC.

To report fraud, call 1-877-FTC-HELP or visit ftc.gov/complaint.
