    It’s not significant that the Governor had the chance to address this the last 10 years. No, No…. He had more important things to spend money on……………How’s the train workin’ for you? How many folks are really going to ride this when it has been completed?

    To list, among other projects, the high speed rail as an infra project requiring these monies.

    To suggest that the concerns raised by groups over ten years ago regarding the Oroville emergency spillway are of no consequence now.

    To indicate that California deserves fully 12% of the $1T that Trump is trying to open up for infrastructure spending nationwide when there are 49 other states.

    Moonbeam may be an a-hole, but he has big swinging brass balls.
