    Not In CA says:
    Like or Dislike:
    Thumb up 1
    Thumb down 1

Why is it that EVERYTHING done in California will either kill you or you have to be so specific to California rules in everything that is done? I have worked in an automotive shop where every product (sprays, lubricants, etc) are safe UNLESS you’re in California. Why is this so? Now an insurance carrier is sued because they didn’t tell Californian’s that you cannot get the accident forgiveness when you cannot offer it in California? Why aren’t the agents doing their jobs in educating the population? Why aren’t they taught that in driver’s education? (Referencing “…requiring full compliance with California’s advertising laws in its “Accident Forgiveness” advertising, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of the fact that such programs are not available in California.”) Why is it that everything must be separated for California? Give me a break!!!!!
