As a body of State licensed and certified home inspectors, The Southern Nevada Association of Professional Home Inspectors (SNAPPI) works diligently to educate home-buyers about the risks associated with residential swimming pools, hot-tubs, ponds and other related water-features and encourages them to consider and implement ‘upgrades’ to improve the safety of their residential pool environments. We will continue to ‘educate’ our clients and work for lower numbers of children and families devastated by drowning and near-drowning incidents in southern Nevada.
