I would like to know what or who changed the law when it comes to license renewals. for agents. I hold only a license in AZ. when I last renewed I did not have to take continuing education , Only if you held a license in another state . the supervisor at department of insurance says Now you have to do continuing education if you hold AZ license and if you have non resident you DO NOT have to take classes.. After all the certifications I take for Medicare and every carriers certifications. I can not believe this has been changed. I am wondering WHY and was this something we voted on or did a acting director make this call. Please help me to understand WHY. I now have to take but a non resident license agent does not have to take? I am just wanting the facts.?
