just read the dog bite statistics by breed last week. pit bulls account for more fatalities than nearly all the other nine of the top ten combined. how could anyone say it is NOT the breed?
Bob, when you make a statement like that you should check on the breeds all over the world then make the statistics of your own! But I suggest that before you start doing something like this to have a look at all the vicious owners who massacre their own dogs!! Hanging them, burning them alive, beating them to death, skinning them, the list is endless Then I ask you Who is dangerous? Us or dogs? I know I come up with the same answer every time!!!
#1: BSL has not shown to reduce dog bites or attacks by any breed.
#2 There actually isn’t any such breed as a “Pit Bull” rather this term encompasses multiple breeds of dog.

Great move on Utah’s part! Hopefully other states will follow suit.

#3 Breeds are often misidentified as “Pit Bulls” and people will lump in dogs such as Boxers and other similar-looking breeds in that category.
