I would hope that whatever insurance company has this property will require that a condition of retain that company, will be to install a fire sprinkler system throughout this building.
The owners should consider themselves lucky that there was not thirty fire dead guests and a pending criminal indictment for negligent homicide.
I doubt that a error and omissions policy would cover criminal charges.
