Perfect The entity that gets the least funding at their level and has the most work. And is the most under water with it’s user’s is going to have to support another hindsight issue from people who don’t know the industry. TRAINING is and always will be the issue at hand. If the driver was not on the phone and had the understanding that once the electrical catches fire the doors lock down…therefore needing to breakout the back passenger window. Also not parking to the extreme right blocking the right side exit completely. Now they are pushing owners into super expensive upgrades on our fleets over hiring and keeping poorly trained employees. California PUC, DMV,DOT and Motorcarrier’s is a mess if no one as noticed. We should all take a step back, unite and find solutions not cover them deeper in more cost and paperwork. Let’s work on improving the driver not finding another place to throw good money after bad. Please post. I’m concerned as a small operator who goes by the letter of the law that I will be priced out of the 2015 business changes.
