People also need to grasp the concept of responsibility for their actions and to drive within the laws of that country, not as how they see fit. People pay for car insurance, and sometimes people get small traffic violations (tickets), but driving i this manner is absolutely careless, dangerous behavior that needs to stop or make those responsible punishable to the fullest extent te law will allow. You change lanes, you look, you signal, you look again and then you change lanes. Just using turn signal is not a yield-right-of-way to the vehicle beside you, does not mean they are required to get out of the way, and doesn’t entitle you to drive without checking your blindspot and causing damage to someone else’s vehicle or cause an accident. And for you drivers with the headsets on listening to music, you’re all idiots as well that shouldn’t be on the road at all.
