    apparently Jr. didn’t find out in 4 years of high school football, 4 years of college, plus his pro years that head-banging was a part of foot ball. wonder how much money he paid in the 20 years as a pro player.

    Junior made a lot of money in his chosen vocation. Now, his greedy family wants more since their cash cow died. It’s sickening listening to attorneys trying to retroactively apply current knowledge to hold someone responsible. I hope they are awarded $1.00 to close the matter.

    I have no doubt that a jury in California will award the Seau Family a huge amount of money.
    Lawyers & the cost of litigation will ruin football, say good-bye to football as you know it. Lawsuits will drive the price of Liability Insurance up so high no High School or University will afford it. The equipment, especially the Helmet will be so expensive that High Schools & Universities won’t be able to afford them. After lawyers ruin football they’ll move on to Hockey.
