    I worked for Mercury as a 1st Party adjuster in San Diego in the mid 1970’s. They had just started writing HO coverage and my authority was $100.00. Mr Joesph reviwed every HO claim personally.

    If you’re not going to be driving for a month or two and would have a lapse anyway, you can file an affidavit of non-use and go to comp only with a huge deductible for a while. It’ll have the same net effect and cost you almost nothing.
