The new laws they are tring to pass re workers compensation will be detrimental to our economy. I’ve already been told if it comes to pass employees will be laid off and even I know that the injured will not get appropriate treatment or care and I, working for an applicant attorney office will tell more of the injured to just get on social security and state disability because the system is no longer to help the injured get better and to return to work. The end result is more homeless, more on ss. And we the people will pay more taxes to cover them. Less workers to return to work. Every year this gets worse and I have done this over 20 years. The rich don’t understand how workers can get hurt and lose everything. It happens all the time. Legislature doesn’t get it either because if they get hurt they are ok. Regular people don’t even have private insurance to help when wc doesn’t help them or deny their case. Legislature and govt are fools. This action being taken costs us all more money in end!
