Family Members Sue Over Idaho Helicopter Crash

    And whose fault was it that the clipboard wasn’t adequately secured? There’s a reason it should have been; to prevent something like this from happening. Now the families get rich over something their relative caused. Great legal system.

    My family member was the pilot. This was nothing more than a tragic accident. The clipboard was not secured, it was on the lap of a passenger because they were just engaged in counting wildlife. The door didn’t open because it was faulty or bumped . It was opened by a passenger who became ill. This is not the fault of the operator, the company or the mechanc. Perry was an experienced pilot. He was beyond competent and extremely safe. This was an accident, and while negligence on the part of a passenger contributed to the crash, our family is not blaming this person for the death of our relative. 3 lives were lost. Anyone suing should be ashamed.
