Driving an automobile is a risk. Nobody should expect to keep their vehcile in mint condition. Accidents are a fact of life. Automobiles are a depreciating asset, not an investment. If a vehcile is properly repaired, the terms of the contract have been met. The owner might think it’s worth less, but that will never be established until it’s traded in or sold.
