Judges Tout Wikipedia in ‘Jet Ski’ Exclusion Ambiguity

    This is flawed, lazy and irresponsible judicial activism. Even if the ultimate decision is correct, it does not excuse the court’s reliance upon an inherently unreliable medium. On the merits, I know dozens of people who have a personal watercraft. ALL of them refer to it as a “jet ski.” None of them own a Kawasaki Jet Ski.
