    I’ve got a problem with this. I would not consider a inflatable float a water craft, any more that I’d consider a life vest or “floaties” watercraft. How is society harmed by his actions? I’m not saying he’s showing the best common sense doing this, but in general the only one that could get harmed in this case would be himself. In some ways that’s natural selection at work and Darwin would be satified (bears got to eat too). Just let the dude (or dud)have his jollies.

    Really?! How do you identify someone Floating Under the Influence (FUI-“fooey?”) This sounds like something out of “Reno-911”. How was he apprehended? Does the A.H.P. carry high speed “swimmee’s” to run down these scofflaws?
