When someone is injured by a hot-rodding Segway user, Disney will be part of the suit for allowing them in the park. Hope they win this one.

Seems pretty obvious to me — I’d rather be run over by a slow moving scooter or wheelchair versus a speeding Sedgeway. And since when does a ‘disability’ qualify for preferential treatment any way?
If Disney wins, will they counter sue for defense costs? Wish they would, but likely won’t due bleeding heart backlash.

The first time one of these things crashes into a crowd of people Disney will have a massive lawsuit. They the court, in its infinite wisdom, will not protect it. Segways don’t belong in crowded amusement parks. If this woman wants to visit disney, let her ride a power wheel chair or scooter like everyone else.

Power wheel chairs and scooters can crash into a crowd of people, also. What’s the difference?
