I’m generally supportive of people with disabilities but not in this case. As much as they want access to a thrill ride, it would be negligent for the park to allow it. You need limbs to hold on and brace yourself. There is no requirement for the manufacturers of thrill rides to make them handicap accessible. Instead of wasting the courts time with this ridiculous suit, these two should move on and enjoy those things they’re capable of handling. It’s a private park and is respectful of liability exposures. you can bet these two would sue in a New York second if they were allowed on and got thrown off or injured in some other way.

I think they should sue him for wasting the courts time on such a suit I am sure that if he got hurt because they didn’t have things in place to stop him from flying off the ride. I think that he should not even attmpt to ride the ride and this is just a way to try and get rich and attention
