I’d like to know where the 54 year old was at the time. If she was foolish enough to be snowboarding she’ll have a tough time proving her case. Most snowboarders are young people. If she was sipping hot tea on a bench that’s a different story. There’s an inherenet assumption of risk when you get on a slope ….any slope. Nobody guarantees the expertise of other skiers. Maybe she should act her age and stick with bocce ball or shuffleboard.
