What they need to do, if they get hooked for a judgement, is show how much additional they had to charge for a ticket because of these guys.

Once again, our illustrous “legal system” wants someone, anyone, to pay. Liability doesn’t seem to factor into much anymore. The fact is, two pieces of human garbage ruined this guys life. They’re probably uncollectible so the pltf. must look elsewhere for money to support him for the rest of what’s left of his life.
Solution: establish a “victim’s fund” by surcharging plaintiff attorneys earnings. Since they directly benefit from representing injured parties they should pay for part of the solution.

Such a sad story for a man that was out to have a good time with his kids. I hope they hang the perpetrators by their $@&&#+!!!!!! Someone also needs to beat the crap out of them as well; see how they like it. I do believe the Dodgers have some accountability.

I don’t agree that the Dogers are culpable here. And their called cajones, by the way.
