    Gotta be a neuropsychologist involved in the case. No baseline, but he’s brain damaged according to this doc who gave him a bunch of goofy tests. Sounds as if $100k would’ve been a generous settlement.

    New Flash !!!! You’ll never eliminate slips and falls. If this guy was really injured that severely he deserves the compensation. If he wasn’t, this is just another absurd verdict by an out of control California free wheeling jury. The real travesty here is the fact that “Gomez” made 50% of that award.
