Police say a Great Falls woman sustained serious injuries when she jumped from a moving vehicle after getting into an argument with her husband, who has been charged with a fourth driving under the influence and driving without insurance.

Great Falls Police tell the Great Falls Tribune that 33-year-old Kristina Cochran suffered broken ribs and other injuries about 8 p.m. Friday after the vehicle ran over her chest.

Police say 45-year-old Robert J. Cochran of Great Falls refused a sobriety test and a blood test but authorities obtained a warrant to test his blood.

Kristina Cochran was taken to Benefis Health System in Great Falls. A hospital spokeswoman says she was discharged Sunday morning.
