Why does The Claims Journal say it was “Spiked” soda when the toxicology report is NOT back yet! If it turns out to be food poisioning or something from “order out food” The Journal has opened itself up to a very unfavorable law suit position!

Why say it was spiked until the tox report comes back? That doesn’t make a lot of sense.
Regardless, this is a very sad story, and I am so sorry for their loss.
