They obviously forgot to say…”sweet dreams and don’t let the bedbugs bite”. :)

Sounds like comparative negligence to me. LOL

I’m trying to figure the three days in the hotel. did the bugs wait until the third night to bite? did they not notice the bites the first and second night? and also, how valuable is a bed but bite? $1 each? $100 each?
hope we get a follow up report so we aren’t left agonizing over the outcome of this tragic event.

Just surmizing the three nights…You don’t feel them biting, you notice a rash the next morning. Maybe they thought they had an allergic reaction to something they ate. Who knows. Maybe they thought it would go away. Next night it gets worse. By the third day they go to the doctor, find out it’s bed bugs.

How much are they worth? Did the hotel know they had a problem and did nothing to stop it? Worth more in that case. How much money could I pay you to voluntarily get bed bugs all over your body. It’s got settlement value, but maybe less value or no value if the hotel had no idea there was a problem. I find it hard to believe that these were the only guests affected.

The itching strength differs from a single person to another one and while a number of people don’t even spot the bites others feel extremely itchy red-colored welts to the dermis. These folks could even put up with skin disease but that generally arises due to excessive scratching.

Bed bugs can infest anyone. Even if you’re a neat freak who loves to clean, you can pick up bed bugs. Though they’re most commonly found in hotels, they inhabit all sorts of public places, including office buildings.
