Guess who is going to have to give up the 3%! It won’t be the insured or the State Fund.

Little unfair competition for State Fund to give discounts for not using a broker. Thought such actions were illegal???

Great news about the BofR commissions, but why did the representatives of the agents associations allow the 3% discount for going direct. It was actually part of their original argument to SCIF “if they are not going to pay the agents they should credit the policy holder”. This is another sample of how the employees of the associations are not in touch with their membership. Not even mentioned in their celebratory coments.
