It’s about time somebody told these 3rd world idiots what to do with their bananas. An American company gives their sorry _sses jobs then they try to sue to get more money. Their attorney should be tarred and feathered.
Looks like if the third world scum can’t come to the US to rip us off locally, they’ll do it long distance with the help of the equally corrupt US plaintiffs’ bar. Good thing the court recognized the fraud. It should sanction the lawyers who perpetrated it and make them pay all costs.
I agree with the verdict, but don’t get too pompous about Dole being holy. Their history in these areas is quite poor. History I know, but the memory of these things going back decades is bitter in these “third world” backwaters.
