i believe that this is not true …from experience in this related field , i know for a fact that working in the fields it is uncommen to see a contractor slide this important issues:taking into consideration and a fact munoz comes from southern california and the weather in imperial california is extremly hot and contractors from the southern california are highly educated in this matter due to the trainings often provided and are prepared with the right equipment. like resting shades and with not only the right amount of gallons of water needed for a crew but extras due to the heat that they work around with ….with this i can only say that if munoz has been working in the southern cailfornia and has until this incident then this company is a victim of some workers that are going through some hard times copeing on getting through this down fall on the economic that is effectting….we should not believe what is said lets look at the facts that munoz has;working in the southern ca; and with this how do contractors in the southern ca handle this matter by providing the shades and with lots of extra drinking wAter! my conclusion;this company is well equipted to go to any part of california and work. if workers are able to work and there has not been a complain in the southern ca then i strongely believe that this company is following all states/local regulations ……………
