And why did it conveniently malfunction at the moment she was pulling into a parking space? This bimbo was being careless and hit the accelerator instead of the brake. I hope the investigating officer ordered a blood test for alcohol and drugs.
I would guess that the dogs weren’t in crates or restrained and may have contributed to the accident… either by getting down by her feet or distracting her.
