You are right about Farmers. Their underwriting is suspect. They focus an inordinate amount of energy micro-managing the employees and are busy giving negative points on petty crap.

The second fire started on private property and that guy was and idiot and is paying dearly. Please tell us how its Santa Cruz counties responsibility.
