    Howard Panish is NOT a defense attorney as we who read the CJ understand the term – he is a hot-shot civil plaintiff’s attorney who may also do criminal defense work.

    Also – 200 mil should be plenty to ‘indemnify’ the bereaved families and the injured, ie: pay all associated necessary expenses, replace wages and so forth. As far as ‘non-economic’ is concerned, there may be an argument to made for the survivors, but for the estates of the dead – they should get economic, period!
