Rescue workers or lawyers.I also wonder if there was a history of complaints registered with proper authorities by employees, prior to the accident, alleging what is now the basis of the lawsuit. If not, well then we know who is looking to line their pockets with gold. If yes, and the complaints went unheeded then, mi amigos, it IS time for action.
The wreck is the end result of contracting out a service to a foreign entity, simply to save tax dollars on pension benefits. And, if you read the article, it shows the suits against Veolia were filed months ago. They didn’t put a safety system in place. Whether that’s Veolia’s or Metrolink’s responsibility remains to be seen.
